Promoting the participation of children and young people in decision-making
is a key area of work for Children in Scotland.
Various projects and consultations developing their involvement at a local
and national level have been undertaken. Children in Scotland has engaged
with voluntary and statutory agencies to raise the profile of this developing
area of work and has particular experience in participation work with
children and young people with disabilities.
