Additional Support Needs Mediation
A Users Guide
An easy-to-read guide to using mediation as a method of resolving disagreements relating to additional support needs.
Under the Additional Support for Learning (Scotland) Act, education authorities now have a legal obligation to provide mediation services free of charge to help resolve any disagreements or misunderstandings that arise between parents and the staff working with their child.
