This section contains details of current and past projects run by Children in Scotland.

Making space: architecture and design for young children
A programme of work promoting excellence in architecture and design for young children, supported by the Scottish Executive, the Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development and Children in Europe. The project includes issue eight of Children in Europe magazine, and an international award for architecture and design, plus an international conference in Edinburgh, 8-9 December.

Information about projects run by Children in Scotland to promote and facilitate the participation of children and young people in decision making and planning. more

Policy projects have a strong emphasis on the participation of children, young people and parents in the development of public policy. more

Information on projects currently being carried out by Children in Scotland's research department, including links to websites of funders and partner organisations. more

Completed Projects

Contains 'microsites' that Children in Scotland have developed for particular projects in the past, that have a distinct look and feel compared to our normal website and details on Equal Futures, a major racial equality project completed in 2003. more
