Excellent training leads to inspired practice and motivated staff. These days it’s more important than ever to be sure that the training you invest in is exactly what you need and will give you that all important return on investment. Children in Scotland have over fifteen years experience of running training around Scotland. In addition to our planned programme of events we offer a broad range of courses which can be run as in-house events - allowing your staff to attend together and share the learning at a time and place that suits you. This is much more cost effective and also means that the programme can be tailored specifically to your training needs. Holding training locally allows you to get the training you need, when and where you want it – and save on travelling costs. It also gives you the opportunity to enhance integration of your services by bringing staff together, or even link with other services in your area. In-house training We work with a national network of expert individuals and organisations to source training so we can always find the best person for the job. If there is something you need training on that isn’t covered, let us know – we are happy to adjust programmes to suit your group’s needs and are happy to arrange a free consultation session with you to help identify your specific training requirements and identify how we can support them.
