Research & Development
We keep up-to-date with issues affecting the sector and develop our learning programme to meet your needs.
We have long-standing working relationships with experienced self-employed trainers who have a real passion for their area of expertise.
We provide you with support throughout your learning with us. We are on hand should you have any questions before attending. We will ask you to complete a pre-training questionnaire that will help the trainer to tailor the course delivery to meet your needs.
We also offer reduced-rate Bursary places for students, those on a low income, and those who live further away and whose travel costs would be restrictive.
Feedback is encouraged and valued. In the true spirit of learning and development, your feedback helps us develop what we offer. We will ask you to complete a course evaluation on the day and we will send you a follow up survey six-months on. We promise to read, consider and act on your responses.
